Does BatchPrep make changes directly in my Shopify store?
No. The workflow is built around reviewing suggestions and exporting a CSV. You decide what to upload and when.
Do I need to give BatchPrep collaborator access?
No collaborator access is needed for the CSV-based workflow. You stay in control of your Shopify admin and your catalogue changes.
What can Store Health check?
It brings together product and image SEO, collection details, broken links and redirects, plus technical checks such as indexing, sitemap, schema, canonicals and site performance signals.
Can I create product listings from photos?
Yes. Add product photos to create a first draft, then review the generated details and complete anything that needs your judgement.
What happens if I have more products than my plan allows?
Each plan includes a clear product allowance: 100 on Starter, 500 on Growth, and 2,000 on Pro. Choose the plan that fits the catalogue you want to work on.
